CAROLINE ROGA

CAROLINE ROGA

My friendship with Ms. Caroline Roga dates back to the three academic years between 1993/94 and 1995/96, when we were in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades at Indian School Muscat, Oman. The twenty-third post on my blog is dedicated to her.

She is the daughter of one of my favourite teachers at school, Mr. C.B. Roga. My everlasting memory of Mr. Roga is his baritone echoing in the corridors of the hallowed institution.

Caroline is an avid reader, writer, traveller and tennis player. She also loves to listen to various genres of music and watch movies.

Her family is settled in Australia for a number of years. We lost touch after the eighth grade, but thanks to Facebook, we are now back in touch and occasionally chat with each other.

She is currently in Japan, where she teaches English to students at a junior high school.

She is an extremely ambitious, intelligent young woman with her head firmly on her shoulders. She is bubbly and fun-loving and is an excellent conversationalist.

Here's wishing Caroline all the very best of luck, success and happiness in all her future endeavours and hoping we keep in touch.
