RASHMI MENON-PRADEEP

RASHMI MENON-PRADEEP

My friendship with Ms. Rashmi Pradeep (nee Rashmi Menon), to whom the thirtieth post on my blog is dedicated, dates back to the eighth and tenth grades at Indian School Muscat, Oman in the year 1995/96 and 1997/98 respectively.

Though we lost touch after the last paper of the Central Board of Secondary Examination tenth grade board examination in the year 1998, we are now back in touch after a gap of a decade, thanks to Orkut.

She is now married and has just become the proud mother of a bonny baby. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate her husband and her on the new addition to their family, although it is a belated wish.

Rashmi's best feature is her smile. Extremely passionate about everything she does, be it work or dance (she is a trained Indian classical dancer), her world constitutes her family, an extremely close-knit group of friends and her job (she works in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates).

Many adjectives instantly come to the mind when one thinks of her. Honest, smart, bright, cheerful, soft-spoken, bubbly and confident are some of the words I'd use to describe her.

Rashmi is a gem of a person. Born on the twenty-second day of the month of October, this typical Libran is diplomatic, urbane, charming, romantic, easygoing, sociable, idealistic and peaceable.

Here's wishing Rashmi and her family all the very best of luck, success and happiness in all their future endeavours and hoping we keep in touch.
